Current Card Main Screen covers the required fields such as current code, current name, tax number, T.C ID number, tax office and data fields. That are important to be used in relation to the company that opens the card.
It is the code that we will provide for the company or person whose card will be created. There are 3 methods to be used in coding.
If you press the function key f5 on the keyboard while the code of the Current Card is in the part. The software generates a code starting numerically from 1 and incrementing 1 number each time.
If we press the function key f6 on the keyboard while the code of the Current Card is in the part. The software also creates a barcode in the ean13 format that will not conflict with the previous code created in this way.
If we want to use code starting with alphanumeric and continuing numerical codes of company codes, we need to type alpha part and press f7.
The Find button acts as f5 when creating a new card. That is, by adding one to the last remaining number, the code generates the new current code of the part.
This field is used if there are company cards to be opened one after the other. When this field is checked, after saving a current card, the new current card screen will be created automatically.
This field shows the user information that created and last modified this record.
This field is exactly where we will enter the company name or the name of the person.
If the company has a name other than its official title, it can be entered in this field. Calls with this name will be caught by the name of the real company.
In this field, the name of the first person to be contacted is entered in the company whose card is opened.
This is the field where we will write the name of the person concerned.
This is the field where we will write the second title of the person concerned.
This is the password field created to enable B to B and / or B to C applications to work integrated with e-yaz software.
If Active is selected in combobox, which is opposite to the status field in the current card, this means. That the current card cannot be seen if Passive is selected. Which will also display the current card search screens.
For example, let’s record a current card as passive, and in the menu, from transactions to bids, click on the add button. Click on the add button, and the screen that comes up by pressing the three-point button opposite the current code. Proceed to the current search screen. You will see that we cannot reach this concubine when we write the current information that we make passive on this screen.
When you activate the same current card status and perform the same transactions. You will see that we can access this current card in the search screen.

The Last Reconciliation Date field is the field where the last reconciliation date with this current is automatically entered. When we press the reconciliation button at the bottom of the current card, a screen will appear asking. For yes or no response to update the reconciliation date. If you say Yes, the date of the day of the day of the last reconciliation will be automatically written. However, our first answer in this screen should be no.
After this answer, the screen that will appear will be the screen containing the reconciliation letter. We can send the reconciliation text directly to the current company as an e-mail as well as print it out and then send it to different forms. After the reconciliation text is approved, we need to open the current card again, press the reconciliation button and press the yes button on the screen. This will automatically print the reconciled date into the last reconciliation date field.
The most important benefit of the last reconciliation date is to prevent the examination of the extracts from time to time.

The T.C ID number field does not accept randomly typed ID numbers.
This is the area where we can make all transactions while the company is in the card. When you press the arrow key here we will come up the process titles. If you press the perform action button after selecting the relevant title. The software will automatically move to the corresponding area.
For example, if you press the combobox in the face of the Quick Transaction text and point to the Add Wholesale Invoice text. Press the execute button, we will be on the Wholesale Invoice Screen.
There are 14 tabs in the Current Card Main Screen and each tab has a separate function.
One or more of these tabs can be removed or changed depending on the user’s task.
To do this, right-click on any of the tabs and click on the edit button.
If we remove the tick for the boxes on the left side and press the save button, the ticked tabs no longer appear on the screen of that user.
The double up arrow button on the right hand side moves the tab up to the top of the screen and the down double arrow button moves the tab down to the bottom. This change is saved with Save button. When we exit this field, the tab order changes according to the process we do.
The single up arrow button on the right side of the screen moves up one tab to the top, and the down single arrow button moves the tab up one down.
Current transactions, commercial information and e-invoice tabs can be taken as the user accounting personnel, and interview tab can be taken to the top if the administrator assistant.
Sub-buttons and fields related to Current Card Main Screen;
Save: It is the button that we will use to save the changes we made on the current card or if we have created a new current card.
New: When we press this button, the company’s current account card will be displayed for the first time. After filling in the required fields, when we click the save button, we create our current card belonging to the company.
Search: Used to search for and display a different current card while the current card is in the main screen.
If we want to issue a reconciliation document that we have prepared for this current card, we can send this document by e-mail. For example, when we say send e-mail, we can write and send the relevant e-mail and subject to the e-mail field.
When the Reconciliation button is first pressed, we should answer the question in Update Reconciliation Date hayır on the screen. After that, the reconciliation text that appears on the screen is approved by the relevant current and sent to us again by pressing the Reconciliation button. We answer the question as yes. The software automatically writes the confirmation date in the Last reconciliation date field above.
Statement: This button allows us to take and print the account statement of the company we are on in the current account card with balance and / or foreign currency between two dates.
Backup: The button that allows this company to save the transaction information to another database should be used to stop the loss of data.
Delete: This button is the button that allows us to delete the current card that has not been moved or the current card whose transactions have been deleted.
Right and left arrow: These buttons allow us to scan current cards backwards or forwards. If we press the right arrow button and the next current card, we press the left arrow button to the previous current card. If there is information to be added to all current cards, these buttons can be used for faster transactions.
Exit: This button allows us to exit the current screen.
