Support for Designing Printed Forms
It is a service to design output according to customer demand printed on printed forms such as waybill. And wholesale and retail invoice, order slips, shipment and transfer slips, contracts, collection and expense cards.
Product Tag Design Support
It is a service to design labels with or without barcodes according to customer demand.
It is a service to inform the Customer about when and how the censuses to be made in the Headquarters. And Branches of the Customer.Support the transfer of the census results to computers and to receive the census results reports.
Opening and Closing Transfer Operations Support
Receiving the year-end transfer of current databases, opening new firms / new databases, transferring account plans to new firms. And receiving stock, current account, purchase / sale invoice transfers, telephone or Customer business for accounting. And balance sheet-profit / loss-income statement studies to provide on – site support.
It is a service training for the use of software purchased by the customer under license.
It is a complementary training service provided for the issues. That are not sufficiently understood or incomplete during the initial training and during the first application. Training is provided through authorized training centers or Web Cast.
Training Seminars for New Versions
It is the service of training seminars to explain the innovations and changes in the new versions. Seminars are held at E-Yaz Central Office Web Cast trainings or authorized training centers that can be watched from the client’s computers at work.
It is a comprehensive training service that will be given certificates to participants after 5-10 days in Contracted Educational Institutions or E-Summer Office. Certificate training seminar dates are notified to the customer by E-Yaz. The customer’s discretion to participate is his or her own initiative.
Web Cast Training
E-Yaz is a WEB CAST training service that can be monitored from the head office and on the computers of the customer at the workplace.
It is a training service in which the customer can participate remotely in the planned training programs of E-Yaz Software.
Software Change Requests
Rooted changes requested by the Customer in the Software are tried to be realized if they do not contradict the additional and change requests, general application principles and the organization and logic of the Software. E-YAZ decides whether the requests can be made or not. Before starting the work in question, the Customer Officer discusses the start and end dates of the work. The cost and payment terms of this work, and after the agreement is reached, the work starts.
